60-Year-Old Male
This 60-year-old male patient is shown following a customized facial rejuvenation procedure, including a deep plane facelift and neck lift, an endoscopic brow lift, and lower eyelid transconjunctival (scarless) blepharoplasty. Facial fat grafting, buccal fat removal, and correction of a ptotic (“witch’s”) chin were also performed. His results show a stronger jawline, smoother neck contour, and a refreshed, more balanced facial appearance.
