This 45-year-old patient is shown seven weeks after a customized facial rejuvenation procedure, including a deep plane facelift and neck lift, submandibular gland reduction, and an endoscopic brow lift. Facial fat grafting and lower eyelid transconjunctival (scarless) blepharoplasty were also performed, along with buccal fat removal.
