This 61-year-old patient is shown four months after a customized facial rejuvenation procedure, including a deep plane facelift and neck lift, an endoscopic brow lift, and upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty (the lower eyelid performed via the scarless transconjunctival approach). Buccal fat reduction and facial fat grafting were also performed. Her results show a smoother, more lifted facial appearance with natural, balanced contours.
