This 63-year-old patient is shown nine months after a customized facial rejuvenation procedure, including a deep plane facelift and neck lift, submandibular gland reduction, and an endoscopic brow lift. Facial fat grafting and correction of a ptotic (“witch’s”) chin were also performed. Her results show a smoother neck contour and a refreshed, naturally rejuvenated facial appearance.
