This 62-year-old patient is shown two months after a customized facial rejuvenation procedure, including a deep plane facelift and neck lift, an endoscopic brow lift, and upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty (the lower eyelid performed via the scarless transconjunctival approach). Facial fat grafting and buccal fat removal were also performed. Her results show a smoother, more youthful facial appearance with improved definition through the jawline and neck.
