This 59-year-old male patient is shown six months after an endoscopic brow lift and lower eyelid transconjunctival (scarless) blepharoplasty. Facial fat grafting and buccal fat reduction were also performed. His results show a more alert, refreshed eye area and a naturally rejuvenated facial appearance.
